Tracey Bilut RN, BSN, CCMManaging Director

Tracey, the founder and former owner of Custom Case Management prior to its acquisition by VONA in 2025, continues to lead the organization as Managing Director. In this role, she is responsible for unifying the team under a shared growth and operational framework, ensuring alignment across people, processes, and performance. Tracey plays a key role in driving organizational growth, enhancing operational efficiency, strengthening revenue performance, and supporting long‑term client retention.

Dana Kelly Burnell RN MS CCM - Team Lead

Dana has an extensive nursing background including clinical experience in critical care, pulmonary and neurology and a faculty position teaching undergraduate nursing students. Dana has over 25 yrs of workers compensation experience with expertise in handling catastrophic cases and supervising a clinical team. Her role as Team Lead at Custom Case Management combines both a small dedicated file assignment and management of a team of case managers to monitor, mentor and guide her team members to assure delivery of excellent case management services to our clients.

Keri BrzeczekSales & Account Manager

As a previous claims adjuster, Keri knows first-hand the importance of outstanding nurse case management services. Her responsibilities as the Sales and Account Manager at Custom Case Management include retaining business with current customers and obtaining new business, as well as developing strategies to improve our overall program results.

Terri ReaRN, BSN, CCM - Team Lead

Terri has a diverse background in the field of case management, utilization review, rehabilitative care, along with clinical expertise in neurosurgical, trauma, burns and general surgical intensive care areas. She has been a Certified Case Manager, with over 20 years in the workers’ compensation arena handling a variety of complex cases. Previously, she held managerial positions at an HMO, Medicare HMO and PPO plans. Her role as Team Lead combines both a small dedicated file assignment and management of a team of nurse case managers to monitor, mentor and guide in the delivery of excellent customized case management.
